17th ANNIVERSARY MEETING & CELEBRATION
The next FINE meeting is our 17th Anniversary Celebration and is scheduled for Thursday, September 16 at 9:00 A.M. at the Westport County Playhouse. The agenda for this meeting follows:
9:00 to 9:15 Networking Our featured speaker is Michael Ross, Managing Director of the Westport Country Playhouse. We will also be offering something new, an opportunity to feature your products and services at the meeting. Tables will be set up in the Barn at the Playhouse where the meeting will take place. You can buy one or a share. Contact John Mocker (jmocker@johnmglover.com) for details and reservations. Have a good rest of the summer and hope to see you on September 16. The doors open at 9AM with the opportunity to network, followed by a welcome and each attendee giving their "30 second elevator pitch". This is followed by the presentation and then additional time to network. Now in its 17th year, FINE provides peer support, training, client referrals and networking opportunities in a friendly atmosphere. FINE provides the opportunity to meet new people, make business connections and to hear and discuss topics of current interest. FINE was formed by a small group of people who left the corporate world and wanted a place to network and provide support to each other as they ventured out in the world of entrepreneurship. DIRECTIONS TO WESTPORT COUNTRY PLAYHOUSE From I-95(N or S): Exit 17 - Turn left at end of exit ramp and follow Rt 33 North to US 1; turn right on to US 1; cross bridge and the Playhouse is about 1/4 mile, just off the Post Road at 25 Powers Court. From Merritt Parkway (N): Exit 41 - Turn left at end of exit ramp and follow Rt 33 South to US 1; turn left on to US 1; cross bridge and the Playhouse is about 1/4 mile, just off the Post Road at 25 Powers Court. From I-84: Exit 3 - Proceed South on Route 7 to Route 33, at the intersection of US 1 (Post Road) turn left, cross bridge, turn right and the Playhouse is about 1/4 mile, just off the Post Road at 25 Powers Court. Heading east on US 1, the entrance is on the left, just beyond a Getty Station, traffic light and row of the three small houses containing businesses (Coldwell Banker, William Pitt and Countrywide Mortgage). Heading west, the entrance is just beyond the park at the intersection with Compo Road (Route 136). Come in the main entrance and go to the Smilow Lounge on the second floor.
